John Robert Waller married Maggie Mae Duke 7 October 1907 "at home,Central Academy, Panola, MS. minister R.A.N. Wilson" This was taken from Maggie's Bible. She also recorded John Waller's previous marriage to Nancie Goforth on 2 October 1902 but did not state where this marriage took place. John Robert was born in either Lafayette or Panola County. John' Robert was a brother of the W. L. Waller m. L. W. Murphy(W. L. was actually M. L. for Morgan Lowe.
Census of 1840 shows no Wallers living in Panola County.
