Devon

We have a Waller researcher interested in Devon County. His name is Charles Crawford and he is a Great Grandson of William Manning Waller and Leah Bartlett Lake.

William and Leah were married on 2/24/1849, in the Registry Office of Totnes, County of Devon, England. William was the son of George Waller and Leah was the daughter of Joseph Lake. They were both from the town of My Berry Pomeroy, located close to Totnes.

They emigrated to St Thomas, (Yarmouth Twp, Elgin County) Ontario, Canada in 1851.
